At a Japanese market there was a sampler chocolate pack which contained 68%, 72%, 82%, 92% (not totally sure about the last two numbers but they were 80s and 90s) -cacao chocolates. Have you tried these? I used to want to try the 99%/100% things, but ahahaha no longer, because 92% cacao = bitter cardboard. XD;;
ooh, dark chocolate sampler! way cool. i've only tried 80-something%-cacao chocolate before, iirc -- and ahaha, thanks for the warning. (100%-cacao chocolate is one of those things i feel like i should try just because it exists. :D;;)
