so, in advance: happy winter holiday season, merry christmas, and a happy new year! i hope that 2008 has been a good year for all of you; it has been an amazing one for me. (though of course that does not mean it has been perfect, or always happy, or even especially fruitful in a practical sense. but still.)

the previous attempt in april met with failure since we didn't call ahead, but there are blogs which record successful trips there later this year, so. um. yes. i'll do all the calling-and-talking-to-slightly-scary-scandinavians bit! you just have to show up, so i don't have to go alone. anyone? else i'll prolly try and convince my family members. :\
